For incoming students:
Institute invites students from foreign universities to spend a semester or a year in St. Petersburg. If you are an exchange student, your tuition fees are waived. We are a part of ECTS system, so you can earn credits for your home degree while gaining invaluable international experience. You also have the opportunity to learn Russian as we offer free courses for all exchange students.
If you are interested in studying a semester of regular courses, you will be asked to select a group of courses that interests you and meets the requirements of your home institution. Before searching the course catalogue, please be advised that:
• Courses may be overbooked (too many students sign up) preventing you from taking the course
• Exchange students can choose between all courses taught in English
• BSc students are welcome to take MSc courses if they hold the necessary prerequisites for the course in question
• The course catalogue is continuously updated, thus minor changes may occur.
For outgoing students:
The purpose of academic mobility programs’ development is improvement of the quality of education and mutual understanding between various cultures and people.
The academic mobility gives opportunity to the students, graduate students and young scientists to continue education or to gain scientific experience abroad by participating in the short-term educational or research program. Programs of the international academic mobility include the international student's exchanges, conferences, seminars, short-term programs, summer and winter schools, internships.
